- Seats Are normally reserved 120 days before of the journey date. On payments of tour Price per head as an advance . Balance Amount Should be paid in full 20 days prior to the journey date.
- Tour days are inclusive of the starting & terminating date.
- Family-wise rooms will be provided in all families(3heads in double bed room) except Kedarnath
- Due to unavoidable circumstance (our side) if the tour is cancelled the entire advance will be refunded without any compensation
- Due to natural calamity, Strike and political disturbance, if the tour is cancelled, passengers have to pay 40% of the tour price as compensation.
- GST 5% of the tour cost to be paid as an extra.
- Management will not undertake any liability towards any loss/damage of life/property or any other belongings whhat soever of the tourist, caused by an accident / theft / robbery or any other untoward happening during the tour.
- Management reserves right to change or alart the programme if necessary.
- If a cancellation is made just after confirming the booking, 25% of the tour price will be deducted. Cancellation 70–40 Days Before Travel date, 40% of the tour price will be charged as a cancellation fee. Cancellation 39–15 Days Before Travel date 50% of the total tour price will be charged as a cancellation fee. Cancellation 14–5 Days Before Travel date 75% of the total tour price will be charged as a cancellation fee. Cancellation Within 4 Days of Travel date / Same-Day Cancellation / No-Show, No refund will be entertained.
If a tour is canceled due to circumstances beyond control, such as natural calamities (e.g., floods, storms, earthquakes), strikes, or political disturbances, guests are required to pay 40% of the total tour price as compensation. This amount helps cover the administrative and operational costs already incurred in preparation for the tour. In case of illness, natural disasters, political issues, road closures, or emergencies, the company is not responsible for any additional expenses.
- Provision For refund will not be entertained within 72 hours of Departure date.
- Tour price includes UP/DN Train fare, Deluxe Bus / Car Fare, all accommodation in hotels, all meals (Bed-Tea, Break Fast, Lunch, Evening tea, with snaks & Dinner), all sight seeing as peer itinerary.
- Tour Price Does not include porter all entry fees (temple, Museum, Garden etc.) Guide Charges, Pony & Dandy Charges etc.
- In Case the tour is extended for any unavoidable circumstanses the extar cost will cost will have to borne by the party
- If the train or flight will delayed or cancelled Company is not liable for that.
- The Company reserves the right to cancel or postpone the tour at any time due to unavoidable circumstances. If the tour is cancelled, the Company shall refund 100% of the advance payment made by the customer.
