- If a cancellation is made just after confirming the booking, 25% of the tour price will be deducted.
- Cancellation 70–40 Days Before Travel date, 40% of the tour price will be charged as a cancellation fee.
- Cancellation 39–15 Days Before Travel date 50% of the total tour price will be charged as a cancellation fee.
- Cancellation 14–5 Days Before Travel date 75% of the total tour price will be charged as a cancellation fee.
- Cancellation Within 4 Days of Travel date / Same-Day Cancellation / No-Show, No refund will be entertained.
- If a tour is canceled due to circumstances beyond control, such as natural calamities (e.g., floods, storms, earthquakes), strikes, or political disturbances, guests are required to pay 40% of the total tour price as compensation. This amount helps cover the administrative and operational costs already incurred in preparation for the tour.
- In case of illness, natural disasters, political issues, road closures, or emergencies, the company is not responsible for any additional expenses.
- The Company reserves the right to cancel or postpone the tour at any time due to unavoidable circumstances. If the tour is cancelled, the Company shall refund 100% of the advance payment made by the customer.
