Description

Arunachal Pradesh is a beautiful and strategically important state in the northeastern part of India. Its name means “Land of the Rising Sun” because it is the first Indian state where the sun rises. It is known for its snow-capped mountains, dense forests, rivers, tribal cultures, and Buddhist monasteries, Tawang – about 3,048 m (10,000 ft), Sela Pass – about 4,170 m (13,680 ft).

Itinerary

1 DAY

Pickup from Guwahati airport or railway station, move to the hotel for rest. After lunch, visit Kamakhya Temple, a famous Shakti Peetha dedicated to Goddess Kamakhya, known for its spiritual importance and hilltop views.

2 DAY

After breakfast, drive to Bomdila via Bhalukpong, enjoying scenic mountain views, lush forests, and the beautiful landscapes of Arunachal Pradesh.

3 DAY

Full-day sightseeing in Bomdila covers monasteries, viewpoints, apple orchards, museums, and local markets, offering scenic Himalayan views and rich Buddhist tribal culture.

4 DAY

After breakfast, drive to Tawang via the scenic Sela Tunnel route, passing through breathtaking Himalayan landscapes, high-altitude passes, waterfalls, and serene mountain views.

5 DAY

Full-day sightseeing in Tawang includes monasteries, war memorials, scenic lakes, and mountain viewpoints, showcasing rich Buddhist heritage and stunning Himalayan beauty.

6 DAY

A full-day excursion to Bum La Pass and Sungstar Tso Lake offers breathtaking high-altitude landscapes, snow-covered mountains, crystal-clear lakes, and a memorable Indo-China border experience.

7 DAY

After breakfast, drive to Dirang via the scenic Sela Pass and Jaswant Garh War Memorial, enjoying stunning mountain views, waterfalls, and historic landmarks along the route.

After breakfast, drive to Guwahati for drop-off at the railway station or airport, marking the end of the memorable Arunachal Pradesh journey.

N.B. : Everybody is requested to carry a valid photo ID card, as it will be required to obtain the Inner Line Permit (ILP) for visiting Arunachal Pradesh.

    • Cancellation Policy

    1. If a cancellation is made just after confirming the booking, 25% of the tour price will be deducted.
    2. Cancellation 70–40 Days Before Travel date, 40% of the tour price will be charged as a cancellation fee.
    3. Cancellation 39–15 Days Before Travel date 50% of the total tour price will be charged as a cancellation fee.
    4. Cancellation 14–5 Days Before Travel date 75% of the total tour price will be charged as a cancellation fee.
    5. Cancellation Within 4 Days of Travel date / Same-Day Cancellation / No-Show, No refund will be entertained.
    6. If a tour is canceled due to circumstances beyond control, such as natural calamities (e.g., floods, storms, earthquakes), strikes, or political disturbances, guests are required to pay 40% of the total tour price as compensation. This amount helps cover the administrative and operational costs already incurred in preparation for the tour.
    7. In case of illness, natural disasters, political issues, road closures, or emergencies, the company is not responsible for any additional expenses.
